I don't know about you, but sometimes learning from the "experts" is overwhelming. There's the fitness gurus who live in the gym, the health food moguls who actually enjoy wheatgrass and fermented foods (seriously?)...Oh, and that one lady who has replaced every household product with an essential oil (you know who I'm talking about). Sometimes "healthy" seems unattainable for the everyday gal!
But listen here: living well doesn't need to be complicated! Whether you're a boss babe with a 40-hour work week, a college student with a full course load or a mom of littles running on fumes, you can take steps towards a healthier lifestyle. As I like to say, even baby steps are steps!
